We guarantee the quality of our work and our goal is 100% satisfaction. So, you can return any bottle opener within 15 days of delivery for a complete refund. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product as well. For an exchange or refund please contact us with you order number.

Shipping

Because each opener is made by hand, it may take 10-14 business days for your package to arrive at your doorstep (but it's usually shorter). We ship via USPS First Class Mail.
